These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Call Cleaning LLC ("Call Cleaning", "we", "us", or "our") and to the use of our website. Please read them carefully before requesting a quote or booking a service.
2. Definitions
"Customer" or "you" means the person or business requesting or receiving our services. "Services" means the cleaning services we agree to provide. "Service Agreement" means the written confirmation of the scope, schedule, price, and terms for your cleaning.
3. Services
We offer residential and commercial cleaning, including standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, and office and commercial cleaning. The exact scope of each service is confirmed before your appointment. Services outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
4. Bookings and Scheduling
You can request a booking through our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only after we review your request, confirm availability, and agree on the service scope and price with you. Appointment times are subject to availability.
5. Pricing and Payment
Quotes are based on the size and condition of your property, the type of cleaning, and any additional services requested. The final scope and price are confirmed before your appointment. New service agreements require an initial deposit. Your agreement will explain the deposit amount and terms, accepted payment methods, and when payments are due. Please make payments directly to Call Cleaning using the payment instructions we provide.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. The required notice period and any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees will be explained before you confirm your booking. New appointment dates are subject to availability.
7. Recurring Cleaning
Recurring cleaning may be scheduled weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks, subject to availability. The frequency, service scope, and recurring price are agreed upon before recurring service begins.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and needs, give us safe access at the scheduled time, secure valuables, fragile items, and important documents, and tell us in advance about pets, allergies, product preferences, or surfaces that require special care.
9. Supplies and Equipment
We bring the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the agreed service. If you request that we use specific products, please let us know in advance so we can confirm suitable arrangements.
10. Concerns About a Service
If you are not satisfied with any part of a service, please contact us promptly and describe the issue so we can review it with you. How concerns are handled will be explained in your Service Agreement.
11. Liability
We perform our work with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Call Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or items that were not disclosed or secured. Any specific liability terms will be set out in your Service Agreement.
12. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. The content, logo, and brand materials on this website belong to Call Cleaning LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Information on this website is general and may change without notice.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
