Our team does not provide childcare. A parent, guardian, or responsible adult must be present and supervise any children in the property during the cleaning. We ask that children are kept away from areas being actively cleaned.
4. Professional Conduct
Team members must not be alone with children, take photographs or videos of children, share personal contact details or social media with children, or behave in any way that could be considered inappropriate.
5. Safe Use of Cleaning Products
Cleaning products and equipment are kept under our team's control and out of children's reach at all times. Please tell us in advance about children's allergies or sensitivities so we can confirm suitable arrangements.
6. Reporting Concerns
If a team member has a concern about a child's safety, they must report it to Call Cleaning management immediately. Where a child may be in immediate danger, emergency services should be contacted by calling 911.
